Founded in 2001, Huizhou New Leader Industry Co., Ltd (NLD) is one of the leading manufacturers of earphone and headphone products, which integrates production, development and sales together. With 21 years' OEM/ODM experience based in Guangdong province in China, the company has achieved great success in developing the international market.
With more than 300 employees, our production line is combined with modern production equipment and complete auxiliary facilities offering the automatic testing and analysis system. The company has ISO9001, ISO14001, and BSCI certificates.
The production line mainly produces both wireless and wired headphone and earphones, the manufacturing plant area is about 8000 square meters, with in depth knowledge and experience in R & D, engineering, cable production, assembly, quality control.
Inclusive of 7 non-dust assembly lines, the output is more than 500K sets of headphones/earphones per month. NLD also sets up beer line and assembly production line. Inclusive of advanced integral ERP system and inspection equipment, including Electro Acoustic Device Analyzer, Soundcheck Acoustic Tester, Constant Temperature and Humidity Test Chamber, Driver Polarity Test, Salt Spray Test, Swing Test machine, Tumbling drop tester, lidding life test, Stretching life test, Head band extension tension testing machine etc.
